Lotus Assist provides comprehensive NDIS services, including personalised plan management, support coordination, and psychosocial recovery coaching. Our plan management services ensure that participants’ NDIS funds are handled efficiently, managing payments, budgets, and invoices with transparency. Through support coordination, we help participants navigate and connect with services that align with their goals, while our psychosocial recovery coaching offers tailored guidance to support mental health and wellbeing, empowering participants to build resilience and achieve greater independence. Lotus Assist is committed to providing exceptional support and fostering positive outcomes for all participants.

iCoordinate Disability Services

Support Coordination including Specialist Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching: Plays a crucial role in promoting the autonomy & well-being of individuals. Some key aspects; Assessment & Planning, Linking & Referral, Developing a Support Plan, Connecting with Service Providers & Empowerment & Skill-building.

Child Centred Play Therapy; An approach to counselling & psychotherapy specifically designed for children. This therapeutic method recognises the unique developmental needs of children & uses play as a medium of expression & communication. Some key components; Non-Directive Approach, Therapeutic Relationship, Unstructured Play, Expression of Feelings & Acceptance & Empathy.

Counselling; We provide opportunity for you to experience room-based, nature-based or telehealth therapy sessions personalised. Incorporating elements such as walk & talk, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, resourcing, sensory awareness, psychoeducation & process-focused approaches. Counselling can help with; Learn about/understand yourself & others & situations better, learn how to identify & process your own & other emotions, improve relationships & remove barriers, blocks & unhelpful thoughts & patterns
